Cold Storage

We are able to offer hanging storage for your meats so you can enjoy them at their best, whether you’re serving it at a restaurant or at home. Everything is stored at 2 degrees celsius or below with the following guidelines:

  • Pork - no longer than 7 days
  • Lamb - 14 to 21 days 
  • Venison - no longer than 14 days
  • Pheasant / Partridge - no longer than 7 days
  • Beef - minimum 28 to 35 days but longer if you require
  • Chicken / Poultry - no hanging 

The price is based on per kg / per day, please contact us to talk through your storage needs.
