The traditional “on the bone” roast, the sirloin is well marbled on the inside with a good cover of fat on the outside to give a juicy and tender roast. Our free-range, grass-fed, matured Hereford and Angus beef is best cooked on the bone for the ultimate flavour, and with the meat still attached to the rib bone this is quite a show stopper when it comes to the table.
