Our free-range goose meat has a darker colour and a much richer flavour than other poultry making it a delicious show-stopping festive feast. Each goose is handpicked to ensure ample breast meat, before being expertly prepared, leaving the whole bird intact and game hung for 12 days, with the giblets.
Our Christmas geese have a full free-range life and a healthy diet of just cereals, grass, nettles, fodder beet and barley. This ensures succulent meat, crispy gold skin, and the goose fat is like liquid nectar for the ultimate roast potatoes.
Our free-range poultry is naturally reared, so weights are not absolutely precise. Our birds are always fresh and have never been frozen.
