You can cook leg of lamb in many ways apart from a classic Sunday roast. It can be barbecued, stewed or slow-cooked in a tagine to make it meltingly tender. Our free-range grass-fed Wiltshire Short-horned lamb is hung on the bone for three weeks and then hand-trimmed by our master butcher.
