Rack of Lamb
A rack of lamb is the perfect choice of meat if you're aiming to impress at dinner, especially when French trimmed by our master butcher. Lamb rack is a tender cut with a more delicate flavour than other cuts of lamb, so best served juicy pink with light accompaniments.
